How to apply:

• Remove cap from tube and remove sterile seal.
• For deeper or tunneled wounds, removed applicator tip from its packaging and screw onto the tube nozzle. The applicator tip itself has a small cap that should be removed prior to dispensing Medihoney, and can be replaced between usages.
• Apply either directly to wound bed or onto suitable dressing such as alginate, gauze pad or island dressing.
• Cover with and appropriate secondary dressing.

Uses:

• Diabetic foot ulcers
• Leg ulcers
• Pressure ulcers (I - IV)
• 1st and 2nd degree burns
• Donor sites
• Traumatic wounds
• Surgical wounds

Tube and applicator sterility is guaranteed in unopened, undamaged individual packages. Not made with natural rubber latex. Single-use only. Caution, consult accompanying document.
